I used Maguiers clay kit and it worked great. I think they're pretty much all the same though. You can pick some up at pep boys or your local car parts or speed shop. KMart, Walmart, etc..... If your car is rough feeling, clay it. Water spots should come up with some detailing spray though.

clay might work... but it is possible that your finish has been "etched" by the spots-
if you get the spots quickly, a detailers spray is the best...
if not, an old detailers trick (guess im an old detailer now!) is vinegar!!!
yup, you need a bit of acid to get out etched spots. wash the car, and vinegar the areas with spots...
the vinegar will remove all wax, so you will need to refinish the car.
good luck, from old detailer wanabe!

I use mothers clay, though not knowing how bad the water marks are I don't think you'd need clay bar for something like that... try dish washing soap and wash the entire car though you'd ahve to reapply wax afterwards.
It might be that the water marks are under the wax, and thats why they wont come off?

all them clay thingees are pretty much the same.
I couldn't imagine if a specific company came out with one that out-performed the others...unless it was a TODA claybar.
You can get one at Autozone/pepboys/.....
