Default Which Clay Bar to use

I've never claybarred my car before, and am not really sure what to buy. I checked out the Canadian Tire website, and only found 2 brands. Which one is a better choice?
Also, the main reason I want to clay bar to because I found a few rusts specks... will a clay bar help to remove these?

I personally like Griots Garage caly, very sticky stuff. As for rust spots, claying is not usually used for that. Try sanding down the rust spot and then go over with touch up paint. Wax over that. Do one first to see what kind of results you get. Of note, once you clay your car you'll be hooked.

eh Monkei, forget the clays at Crappy Tire. Their prices are like 2x more expensive than ordering online. But, if you must have it now, go with Meguiar's as it's slightly cheaper (that extra carnuba cleaner in Mother's isn't worth it, even for $2 as it's such a TINY bottle).

But note that for Meguair's, the detailer can be bought separately for $8 so you're really paying $15 for the clay bar. Not worth it.

Go with another online store.

Clay won't do anything for rust. I have used Mother's and Meguiar's clay with no negative comments.

I use Clay Magic. $10 and can be found at just about any store. Works great IMO

Thanks for the feedback guys.
So, is there any products that will safely remove these rust specks? I really don't want to start sanding and touching-up.

well from what your explaining ("rust particles") it sounds liek its over the paint, and not coming fromt he metal. If this is true, and there are just specs of rust, then the mother's (or whatver brand) claybar will probly work, when i had my evo the claybar took off everything.. including what we call love bugs, and nothing can take those off!
