and where do u buy (retailers, not on line)?

 

Be aware that there are different grades of clay, but there is no consistant ranking of them. I thought of the three brands (zaino, sonus,claymagic) I have used, the one from zaino was the easiest on the finish. The sonus one levels out paint chip blobs btw.

 

How about mothers or meguires

 

I have used Mother's and Meguiar's and both seemd pretty equal and good to me. I'm going to stick with the Meguiar's since its about $10 compared to $15 for Mother's.

 

I received a free bar of Mother's, and I'm pleased with the results. I've tried Meguiar's, wasn't on my vehicle so I couldn't compare. But it seemed to just as good.

 

pepboys sell them?

 

Clay Magic is fine, $10 at Autozone. My understanding is they make a lot of the clay anyway.
