Default Which chamois is the best to use?

I need a new chamois and need your opinion on which is the best to use. I've been using the Watersprite for a while now, and it is a great chamois, but does anyone know how it stacks up against the absorber? If you use the Absorber, how do you like it? Thanks!!

I must have tried about half a dozen different chamois over the last year including really expensive ($50+) real leather ones and I've found the Absorber to be the best, really absorbent and doesn't leave any smears or residue.

Here's what's weird, I use the absorber, and it leaves water trails behind even if I fully ring it out. My wife uses it, and it works really well! My choice is the water sprite!

I just ordered a big blue drying towel, after I get it, I will post a thread on how well it works. I am currently using the Griots Garage synthetic chamois (I think it is exactly the same as the Absorber, but with different packaging) and I agree with the others - it works great.

I use the Absorber - which works very well - but it does leave small droplets behind. After wiping the surface with the Absorber, I go over it with an English leather chamois I bought in Costco (about $19 for a large one). For some reason, the English leather ones are far superior to the U.S-made variety; they soak up water better, and don't shred after a few uses.

i normally use the absorber, and if it leaves any water behind I dry it up with a 100% cotten towel. You can never go wrong with those.

The absorber and afterwards a 100% cotton towel for me too. Works really well the only problem i have is the water droplets that fall from the tailights, the doorhandle and the sidemirrors. Besides that the whole car is pretty much dry in about a day.
