Default Cat Hair on Top

I think I screwed up. I bought a Robbins top that is Haartz Stayfast Cloth instead if vinyl. Cat hair does not wipe or vacuum off like it did on the OEM vinyl. It has grippers on that cat hair.

Any suggestions how to get it off easily? I have tried the shop vac and a couple of brushes. I even tried a cat grooming mitt that is like the hook side of velcro. That has worked better than anything else but still not good.

Just curious but have you tried an adhesive lint roller?

I've used a rubber bristled brush before on animal hair inside a vehicle. Can't place where I got it from, but surely one online supplier would carry it.

Put a latex exam glove on your hand and stroke it over the top. It works on some surfaces and not on others; it's cheap enough to take a shot and see what happens.

I use a tool made for removing pet hair from chairs and whatnot, works perfectly.

Edit: This is the one.
