Default careful sticker removal. help....

i'm sure i could do a search and find something, but i haven't posted on here for a while, and i want you to know that i'm still alive.

i just bought merlin's polished fuse cover, and he had a sticker on there that i wanna remove. i want to be very careful both not to scratch it and not to ruin the finish. what would be your suggestion for removing the sticker very carefully?

what about a razor? if i keep a sharp angle, i shouldn't nick the chrome, right? i'm just not completely comfortable using more than my fingers just to be safe. but i need some sticker removal stuff that's not too strong to take off any finish.

Adhesive remover like Goo-Gone or 3M. Let it soak. Keep re-applying it.

btw, since you prob already have it-
might try some wd-40... sometimes it works fine.
my first choice would be the product i posted above, but if its not easy to find, second choice would be to try wd-40.
