Carbon Fiber Hood Markings?

this is my first post on here; any who to the point of this thread. I have no idea what this is on my carbon fiber hood, but is it removable?

More pics please! But it looks like sun spots its where if u dont use wax and a protectant on carbon ths sun get to it and makes what looks like white spots. It's the clear coat on the carbon geting eaten away. It happend on my Evo wing. All u need is sand it down and reclear it .

agree that more pics would help- have you tried anything on it yet?
i am wondering whether a polish might help... i would try a swirl remover in a very small area by hand first to see it that helps- if it helps then do the whole thing. if it helps but doesnt cure it, then go a bit more aggressive. always "step-down" to a less aggressive polish.
