Default Car was egged last night....

I washed and waxed her 2 days ago. Come out and there is eggs all over my windshield, soft top and rear quarter panel & trunk. I washed it right off before the temperatures go up in the afternoon.

Do you guys think I am okay or should I go out there and go over the car with quick detailer and quick wax again?

Any recommendations?

I ended up washing,
quick detailing,
quick waxing.

Looks ok now. Looks like it stained the trim and the top but not the paint.

You may want to get some 303 vinyl convertible top cleaner and protectant, that should help remove the stains. Good luck, got to love people these days!

you got really lucky- when eggs hit car paint they often create a really weird crater type object in the paint. looks like pin pricks in a round shape. and it is damage that can not be fixed. it can be made better with polish, but only repaint will fix it. so if you dont have any of these marks (you have to check in good light and look closely), you are very lucky!

That's exactly what happened to my car. I have two crater, half moon shapes that are cut into the paint now. Only repaint will fix it unfortunately!
