Default car cover stuck on paint

well i recently did a full detail on my car so i covered it with a car cover this week. i took off the cover today only to find it stuck to the paint and apperently taking some clear coat with it...any ideas on how to fix? i believe it got wet with some sprinklers and ive had white spots on the paint after heavy rain that go away with the sun...

why do you think it took clear off? if you "feel" the paint do you feel intentations where the defects are or are they raised?

what cover?

first want to make sure you dont have pieces of cover stuck to your car... i agree that it looks like paint damage, but first gotta make sure-

i cant get your pics to blow up- makes it harder to figure out. photobucket is good, but not as good as s2ki pics for working with.

new question- is this stock paint?

Blueap2,

Try some clearer/polish in a small area see if it comes out?
