Default Can anyone with buffer experience help me out?

Hi. I accidentally scraped my S against some hedges and put scratches all down the driver's side of the car. I took it to the body shop for an estimate and they are going to buff the scratches out for $200.

Is there anything I need to know, need to ask for, need to be aware of, in a situation like this? I just want my car restored to its usual, beautiful self.

Don't be afraid to ask. Someone around your area might lend a hand for free.

No, it's not that deep. I don't mind going to the shop. But is there anything I need to be aware of so they do the best job possible?
