Brake Dust Remover
Can anyone recommend a good product for removing brake dust on the wheels?
I have tried regular rim cleaner but it's not strong enough to remove some of the more stubborn brake dusts.
Thanks

agree 100% with vanishing point...
i always first use either my foamer or car shampoo with a brush. if that does not get it, then i go to p21s wheel cleaner...
if that doesnt get it i will try clay (then throw it away)
if that doesnt get it, you gotta go acid based cleaner- but a huge last choice.
if you gotta go acid, you have a very good chance of damaging the wheels (etching)- be sure to keep them wet at all times with any acid.
again- acid is only for very rare situations. its prob been a coupla years since i had to acid wash a wheel.

meguiar's wheel brightener is a pretty safe acid cleaner IMO. when diluted 4:1. it has never given me any problems.
but i like CG's citrus cleaner. if that doesnt work then i go to P21s gel, let it sit for a hour or so.
