Best way to remove tire dressing build up?

Eagle One, All Wheel and Tire Cleaner. Although I only use it a couple of times a year, when doing a complete detail. If you get it on your rims or use it to clean them, they'll need to be re-sealed/waxed after.
During normal washes, at the very end of the wash I always just use whats left of the shampoo water with a tire brush on them, I never seem to really get much buildup doing this.
