Best way to remove clumps of wax
Hey guys, well I have been detailing my car for a little while now but now I have a problem. Every time it seems, no matter how careful I am I get clumps of wax/and or polish in every little crack you can imagine. Some are impossible to reach even with a Q-tip. And I have some that I can reach, yet I CANNOT get it off. I cant even scratch it off with my nail if I try.
Am i doing something wrong? is there a type of solution that will just dissolve this, and of course ill have to probably re-wax again? TIA

You can clean it up with a MF towel and some pressure, if it doesn't work use a quick detail spray, spray some on the crack etc and try to remove the residue.
A good way to prevent this is to either not go over the cracks or even better mask the car up with 3m painter's masking tape a bit more prep work but you will never get residue or build up in the cracks again.

I use detailing stix that griots carries. Along with a credit/costco card, micro fiber and optimum no rinse detail spray strength.
