Best wax for a deep shine on a white car?
I have 7 coats of Zaino on ---- 4 of Z2 alternated with 3 of Z5. Looks good. But not good enough. I know that white will not be as reflective as a darker color, yet I still want a deeper shine. Also Zaino seems to be a "dust magnet". Anyone else notice this?

There are plenty of posts on this topic but the consesus based on what I read is P21S or S100 over zaino to give it the perfect shine. Zaino for longer protection and shine and the P21S or S100 for the deep shine. P21S or S100 are carnuba and will not last long so if you want to keep it perfect you'll be waxing much more often.
I've seen other posts indicating Zaino is a dust magnet but I really can't tell since I am not going to wax only half the car with zaino then the other half with something else to test

not sure that it makes a diff what color...
the carnuba gives a deeper shine and better dust protection, imo.
(also makes it easier to use detailers sprays in between washings).
although i layer with z2 and p21s (and was one of the first to do so), i am aware that sal zaino does not agree with carnuba over zaino.

I just cannot bring myself to Layer Z2 and P21S on a white car. I don't want to take the risk of the carnuba in the P21S, sandwiched between the layers of Z2, yellowing over time. I am considering using P21S as a final top coat. I would then strip it off with a light dawn wash before anymore Zaino. Do you think there would be a greater risk of sandwiched P21S yellowing over time, on a white car as opposed to a black??

did you use z6 between coats?
i have an '01 NFR that hardly had any car (dad wasn't really doing much in the care dept ).
I did the dove, z7, clay, z7
then went
z2, z6, z5, z6, z2, z6, z5, z6, z2, z6.
Really helped bring out a nice deep look to the color..I don't know how much the z6 helped, but just a thought.
