I like Shining Monkey. It does not sling up on the car.

I have used Zaino's tire shine with good results. It is not a gel, so it will not fling off. The tires don't really end up shiny, just very black. I like the look it gives. I never really liked shiny tires.

Stoner "more shine less time" tire dressing. Aerosol spray applies easily and last for a long time. Nice glossy look. Sounds like what you are looking for.

I also use Stoner Trim Spray for all the plastic and hoses under the hood.Looks great.

Eagle One gel has been great for me when applied with their foam applicator pads. It doesn't fling like the liquids do and the tire stays shiny and bead water for a while (I generally will reapply every other wash).

The one thing you have to be careful of is the type of tire cleaner that eventually turns your tires dull and has a brown haze to them. I have been using turtle wax tire gel for a couple of years. It comes with an aplicator sponge. The shine for weeks and even if you drive in the rain it wont come off. I have washed my cars with it on and they still shine afterwords. They hav never discolored my tires. The spray types have always messed with mine.

I used to use the Meguire's Tire Gel (It smells like Koolaid) but it did gum up and sling onto the fenders. It does last a long time. Recently, I've been using the RaggTopp Protectant that I use on my vinyl soft top. It doesn't reflect light like the gel did, but it is pretty shiny. The tires look like new and the the protectant's UV blockers should help make the tires look new for a long time.
