Default Best Product To Remove Surface Corrosion?

So I just picked up a Greddy/GoTuning SE dual.

It is in great shape other than the typical surface corrossion on the underside of pipes and a tiny bit on the mufflers.

What does everyone reccomend to remove taht, and also to polish the muffler and tips to a nice shine?

Thanks

That stuff looks cool, and I will buy some for my paint and wheels for sure!

That said I don;t think I can use it for exhaust pipes:\

2500 grit sandpaper and a polishing ball or a ton of elbow grease. You're pretty much doing the same procedure as polishing a painted or textured finish.

Sweet thanks. I will do this and then apply some high temp rustomleum flat black to the pipes to prevent it from returning as best I can.

Yes, that is what it appears to be. I will take some pics of it later if I can. Think I will just sand it down, buff it out, and then put a coat of flat black rustoleum on it or some shit.

Some 0000 steel wool and a metal polish like Autosol or Mothers will do wonders for light rust on chrome or other bare metals. Test in an inconspicuous spot first.
