I did a lot of soaking and scrubbing to get the road tar and such off. I used a blue ScotchBrite pad, and it scratched the metal a little. If I did it again, I think I might try the pink one or a Dobie pad instead. Another thought would be to try acetone or oven cleaner to dissolve the tar. I used Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish to finish it up.

Hoping to be buying a house soon with a garage so I can do a full detail on mine again. Parents moved and I can't get up their new driveway so, no more garage for a little while
