Richt now We obviously know to pre rinse the whole car.
Wash with good soap (or dawn if stripping back to paint)
Use a medium bristle brush to clean top ( not sure what brush that is yet but, I'd like to know more)
Use a good wash mit on the car. wash and rinse top to bottom and one panel at a time.
Clean wheels with all wheel safe cleaner using your other worn out mit & a brush.
Dry car with good clean chamois
Dry top with?
we can apply 303 or vinylex to protect top?
Once all dry we aply our fav coatings and buff off with micro fiber towels.
Help me out here fellas if I missed anything.

dry top with big blue
you absolutely should use 303 or vinylex to preserve it- but dont spray it on the top (soak a rag with it and rub it in)- let it sit awhile and then buff it off really well with a clean rag.
will track down the sticky that you are asking about and post it back here...
well, no sticky on this, but here is a thread:

I feel better about using a rather soft bristle brush especially if your cleaning the top often. Spend a couple of extra minutes if necessary. If the bristles feel harsh to your skin they are probably too harsh for the vinyl top. If your using a rag, use only light pressure to clean. Too much pressure causes friction which equals wear.
Vinyl is more durable than canvas so even a softer touch would be required during the cleaning of canvas.
