Default "basic" PC accessory pads?

Well, I finally "broke down" and purchased a PC from Coastal Tools, (a great price on their package deal) and am looking forward to using it to obtain beautiful results (with a lot less arm pain!!).

Althought the "package" I purchased seems to include some types of foam pads, I am not certain which I will be using the most!

I will most likely continue to apply 1Z Polish/ Klasse AIO/ S100 Carnauba by hand, and I plan to have to have seperate foams pads for each product (and keep each in a seperate ziplock baggie).

Is each different colored pad have a specific texture and "give", and which is used for each of the above? Are there any alternatives to the Sonus brand pads, and I'd appreciate knowing of first-hand experiences with other pads as well? Since I would be polishing about as often as clay-barring, my primary needs are for good-quality pads for the Klasse and then the S100 Carnauba wax.

And lastly, If I WERE to use it to apply one of the above-mentioned products, which would benefit the MOST from a machine application using the PC?? The Klasse AIO and S100 Carnauba go on SO EASILY, I don't see any appreciable advantage to applying those by machine??

I'd appreciate ANY suggestions based on experience with the PC, and what I may find necessary as I use it more..

Many thanks!
HB

Heres what I did for 1Z Paint polish, 1Z Metallic Polish,AIO,SG,S100 using the Sonus pad kit.
Orange Sonus Pad. 1Z Paint polish. Buff for as long as needed. (mine was 3 minutes for each palal). Then wipe off residue. Then switch to the green pad and apply more 1Z PP. Work this fro about 3 minutes. Then swithch to the blue pad and apply the MP(metallic Polish). Work this for about 3 minutes. Then switch to the black pad and apply the AIO. Then put the MF bonnet on top of the black pad and apply the SG. After an hour or more wioe the SG off. WAIT 24 hours and add another layer of the SG. I like to have 4 coats of SG on before I add the S100.
