wow.... super anal owner eh? can't say i completely blame him. but as a detailer and with the things you did to the car/used on the car- to me it shows u'r more careful than he is with it! it'd b different if you were joe-shmoe. i can understand not around the block, no revving, etc. but can't move it! eekk.

We use the 3" pads from Griot's that are made for the cyclo. And then our local body shop around here carries a kit that comes with two wool pads, and two foam pads, and the backing plate for like $25. Until now, I thought 4" was good enough.. until you use the 3"ers! So much easier for tight areas, I find myself using them more than normal size pads because of the ease of use!

And Mutt, thanks again! Yeah the owners were STUPID anal, but it was also their first time using us so it's all relative. Usually our customers like we had this weekend just leave us. When I say leave us, he left is F430 Scud, Maserati QP, GT500E, Escalade, FJ all with the keys IN them, and he was gone the whole day, we didn't see him once. Haha.
