Armor All is not the same greasy stuff it used to be years ago. The problem with the old stuff were the solvents used that would cause plastics to dry out and crack over time. The formula has changed and it's now a water-based product. I personally don't use it on my interior (I prefer the look of 1Z cockpit premium), but I find that it works great as a wheel well and tire dressing, and it's cheap too

I've used Armor All on my S2000's dash and parts of the doors for three years now, and my interior is mint... zero fades. I also used it on previous cars and never had a problem or abnormal looking wear. I actually like the shiny look, as long as you don't apply too much.

And I use 303 too. I buy mine from the marine store and use it liberally on my soft top. I also use other "high-end" products like P21S wax.

Just because it's "Armor All" and not some prestigious brand name, doesn't mean it's bad. I'm sure the formula they use now is fine. And until I have a bad experience with it, it's fine with me.

I have some that I bought awhile back, it never touches my S though! I haven't used I heard that it dries out plastic, any idea when they changed the formula?

They changed it quite a while ago (few years at least?) I believe. I know that the new stuff says "non-greasy formula" on the bottle

I don't like armor all because it has too much shine, especially with the wipes it's harder to control the amount you want. Spray is better for that though.
