yah i was just thinkin about it tho and wanted to see what it would look like.
the 303 should be easy to find...i found it at crappy tire of all places, i would imagine in the US with a large market they would sell it at autozone/etc

it's usually carried at marinas/boat dealers---it's used a lot on boats as they're out in the sun full time and 303 has great UV shielding properties.
I order a gallon at a time from the 303 web site--usually you get a quart with a sprayer top free along with it--a gallon lasts me a couple of years even doing 2 boats and 4 cars a couple of times a year.
it's not the cheapest stuff but, given how much I use each time, its cost per use isn't bad and I spend extra on synthetic oil for the engine--I spend more to keep the interior and top looking good too.

You could use water and a rag and "not have any problems". There are always plenty of problem-free options out there for any decision to be made.
