Two things I'm worried about are if there is any effect on spraying to the rotor, and if there is any damage to the aftermarket wheels' paint.

I definitely would remove the wheel to apply this product. I would read up on the contents of the product before using and maybe even contact Armorall directly about your concerns.

subscribed. let us know how it works, i'm majorly interested. my wheels have to come off once a week because i cannot deal with brake dust sticking on my wheels.

the guy in the second video is spraying onto the wheel crazy without it removed haha.

I saw a guy who tried this out on another forum, and it seems to work so far, with no ill effects. he should be reporting back on it next week to see how its holding up.
