Applying RaggTopp in cold weather?

Applying RaggTopp in cold weather?
I got my S2000 a week ago and bought the RaggTopp cleaner/protectant kit. Has anyone apply the protectant/sealant in cold weather? Can i use a heat gun or blow dryer to let it dry?
