Applied Raggtopp but Water is not beading up
I read lots of reports about people liking Raggtopp b/c it made water bead on their tops.
For starters I am using the vinyl protectant not the cloth protectant. This is the first product of any sort I have used on my top.
I cleaned the top with Zymol clense soap and dried completely with a towel before applying the Raggtopp Vinyl Protectant.
I soaked a clean rag with Raggtopp and applied generously to the top.
Tonight it was raining so I drove my clean car (I know I know...) to see how the Raggtopp works. My top did not look any diffrent than usual, definitly no beading or increased water shedding happening.
For those with more experience..........Any thoughts?

My top beads. There are only two things I do differently from you. First, I clean my top with the Ragg Topp cleaner before applying the protectant. Second, after applying the protectant I let it set up for 15 minutes or so and then I buff the excess off with a MF towel.

Cool, I'll try that and see if it works.
