Default Any painters in the house?

Im refinishing my wheels that I just got.

Im down to the last step which is the clear coat. Does anyone know if you wet sand the clear between coats, or do you just apply the layers on top of each other and then at the end wet sand?

The wheel repair from autopia worked great, except the wurth wheel paint is one shade lighter than my paint on my SSR GT3's, so Im going to have them powder coated, but I am going to finish while I wait, might as well finish them after buying all the supplies? I want to see how perfect they come out.
