^Thanks! It'll require a machine polisher + a variety of different polish to remove swirl and restore condition.
Everyone has their own process, but mine goes something like this:
clean wheels, tires and fenders
wash
clay
2-step polish
wash (remove polishing oils and dusting)
dry
apply wax or sealant
clean windows
touch-up door jambs/interior
polish exhaust tip
buff
dress tires
^this is for a full paint correction, and some cars will take longer than other depending on type of paint.

there's also many other videos on "proper" 2-bucket washing techniques, drying, clay-barring and even window cleaning on youtube by autogeek, junkman2000 and others.
