i need help on what to do. I have all these circle spots of water all over the car. I cant get it off by just washing and waxing. is it time to claybar the car? how long would it take, and what would i need to do if i used the whole day detailing the car? i have zaino soap, wax, detailing spray, claybar. advice needed plz

yep. Dawn wash. then claybar.
try to wash the car in the shade too. matter o fact, definitely wash in the shade. then dry with soft, absorbent towels.
go to the zainobros.com website for some good detailing instructions, but it's really not all that hard to claybar-- JUST DON'T DROP IT.

^ nope, came close tho. easy to do, and once you've dropped it, it's just about ruined. u can cut off the part of the clay that has dirt imbedded-- but if u don't get ALL the lil dirt particles out and rub it on your car... SCRAPE SCRAPE SCRAPE...

Claybar is definitely the first step, but if that doesn't to it, use a polish like Zymol HDcleanse or P21s Paintwork Cleanser. If that still doesn't do it, P21s Finish Restorer is the next solution before getting into something abrasive. The Finish Restorer isn't something you'd use on the whole car, just on the affected areas.

i know you are going to think that this is a strange idea...
but an old trick that i have used for years is to use vinegar to remove water spots- try it on one spot and i think you will agree that it works.
the vinegar will also remove any wax or synthetic finish on your car, so you will want to wash the car, dry it and then rewax.

I've done the vinegar trick on glass before and it worked, but if you're looking at lots of water marks all over the car, a clay bar is a good start.
If the stains are deeper than the surface, you'll need something like Menzerna Polish to get those out. You don't need a polisher to use this stuff and it really works
