Default About the clay bar for the first time, a few questions

I'm about to clay bar my car for the first time ever...

Which direction should your rub, lengthwise (nose to tail) or across?
Should you wash again AFTER clay bar

I guess that's all my questions, thanks for any help!

yup, front to back... in small areas.
and yes- wash it after, and then rewax (you wont have any wax left after claying)

good instructions here:

Do not be afraid. The Claybar is your friend

Just be sure the area is well lubricated with whatever you plan to use to lube it up. And dont drop the clay bar - it's bad for it.

outside of that you're good to go.
