5 hours of work on the S
Over the last two days I have spent a little over 5 hours cleaning up the S. What I did:
Exterior:
Wash (Megs Car wash)
Rain X Bug and Tar Remover
Wash 2 (Dish soap to rid of all protectants)
Clay (Megs Clay and Megs quick Detailer)
Wax (2 coats of Megs Ultimate Synthetic Wax)
Black Trim (Mothers Back to Black)
Wheels (Turtle all wheel cleaner. Worked surprisingly well, but had to use the whole bottle)
Tires (Simple green then Megs tire shine)
Exhaust tips (Eagle 1 polish)
Engine Bay
Gunk (Foam Degreaser)
CD2 cleaner
Interior
Lexol Cleaner
Lexol Conditioner
Megs Quik interior Detailer
Megs Quik interior Shine
Windows (Rain x)

Pix look good. It didn't need polish? I always polished my silverstone between claying and final protectant to bring out the shine a little better and remove swirls and minor scratches.

Hand polishing a car by hand is really tough work. But give Megs' Ultimate Compound (if you need something aggressive) and/or Ultimate Polish a try.
Good job! Your car is looking clean and sharp. As suggested above, pop the hood and hit the windshield cowl with your trim restorer. I love the engine bay!
