303 protectant (not the cleaner) can be used on "finished leather"...
i dont think they make a leather cleaner-
i have not tried their protectant on the leather in our car.
i use several leather products (cleaners and protectants), but find lexol to be the easiest to use.

Do not use anything not made for leather on leather...just a bad combo, we have seen some scary stuff. Once we saw over a million dollars worth of leather bought by one famous real estate mogul ruined within a month after being cleaned every day with the wrong stuff. You could tear it apart without any effort with bare hands.

Lexol is a very good product. I've used it for years. I recently tried Zaino's "leather in a bottle". It's a protectant that seems to work like Lexol. The Zaino product has one nice benefit. A fantastic leather scent. All the Zaino products smell nice. Kind of addictive.
I've found that for the regular cleaning of leather, a clean damp cloth works about as well as anything.
