Default Are you taking the holidays off?

Fortunately my company shuts down between Xmas and New Years.
It's been a very challenging year with lots of travel working tough, high visibility problems.
Throw in the health issues with my sinuses over the last few months and I decided the holiday break started today.
I need it.

Anyone else getting time off over the holidays? ( and no I'm not asking the everyday is Saturday crowd )

I'm off until Jan. 10. I'll need to do some work from home for a day or two, but the rest of the time is mine.

I have to take leave for whatever time off - a day here and there the next couple of weeks. But no long vacation.

Not only that, we also took off for the holidays, away from the blight and pseudo Christmas of SE Florida to the cold and snow (and real Christmas) of the Colorado mountains.

I'm cold.

Only holiday is when the company is closed the Mondays after Christmas and New Year. Our 3PL clients are running some very large promotions so we will be very busy till the end of the year.
