Would you like to borrow a couple 8 tracks? Maybe some reel to reel? I had an Akai 1800SD. I'll bet I can dig up some great cassettes too.

Those are all old words

Do you realize that the format for music has changed at least 8 or 9 times in our lifetime?
Either technology is moving very fast or we're aging quickly, or both.

Here's a good one. I think at one time this phrase permeated my working vocabulary.

"Far Out"

It went well with "heavy"

I find myself struggling with "Mr." and "Sir". I look around to try to figure out who this kid's talking to.

You made me laugh especially with the 2nd one!

I think this grey hair is sending the wrong signals.
Just for men (just five minutes)

I had dinner with a group and one of the plus one's was easily young enough to be my daughter -- and not because I had her at a ridiculously young age.

The restaurant was playing 80s music and she kept saying "I love this music - my mom used to listen to that song"

Sucks to get old but beats the alternative.

I just tossed out my one last remaining 8-track when I moved last month Broke my heart

It was Queen from 1980 - the same age as the Prelude I sold last year to buy another S.
