Why would you do this to your Ferrari?

(didn't want to post it up twice, so go check it out in the off-topic forum)
I guess if you have money to burn and feel like getting your car wrapped, why not? No... even I can't make that justification fly! If you are going to risk the damage that having a wrap done *can* conceivably do to your car, you at least make it something aesthetically pleasing! Stripes just make your a$$ look fat.

A guy who lives in the development across from me takes his Ferrari California through the local car wash on a regular basis. He is too fat and lazy to hand wash it. Wealth doesnt necessarily make you smart.

or would you do this to your Bugatti Veyron???
apparently the answer is the same.
both cars were "wrapped" with a printed vinyl covering which thankfully is removable.
so once the affects of that hit of acid or whatever other substance clouded their judgement finally wears off, it can be removed.

I think that Ferrari was posted on FerrariChat. If that's the car, he sounded like he wanted to try something different to see how it looked. And as he drove around the car brings even more attention which he liked.
