Why I like Silver S2000s.

Silver is ok, but fairly boring and run of the mill. I prefer the dark silver to the light.
You're fooling yourself if you think Suzuka isn't that "stodgy". Suzuka is THE definition of old blue-haired grandpa driven Buick blue. Especially with the blue interior. It just screams old person. Sorry. It's a dated look in my book.

Imagine silver in this picture. Blah! There is a reason nature made bumblebees and hornets this color. Rio Yellow all the way.
Silver is the oatmeal of car colors. Okay for everyday fare but with a special car like the S, no way.

I love the Silverstone silver. I had a 2001 Silverstone, but only because it was the best color for me, in 2001, since the S didn't come in blue. Natually, in 2002 the Suzuka blue came out. So, in 2004, I finally got a 2005 Suzuka blue S. I loved the color and the blue interior.
Of course in 2006, the S came out in Laguna blue. Missed it again by one year! Naturally, I wanted that blue. I finally bought my 2007 Laguna blue S in 2013.
The Silverstone looks great, for a silver. Most silvers are
