I'm ready to get up when I get up. Which is early because I go to bed early. Just my nature. The +1 has gotten so he's in bed even earlier than I am sometimes! I was up at 4:30 this AM. So yes, by the time you get up, Patty, I've been up for seven hours.

^ Pretty much the same for me. I go to bed early because if I don't I wake up around 5 anyway. Sleeping in for me is sleeping til 6 or after, which happens never. I'm usually dead to the world by 10 pm. I'm not much of a napper either but occasionally can grab about 20 minutes of dozing in the afternoon. mornin' west Coasters!

I'm here now, Dave. I wasn't when you posted.

I long for the day when I don't have to get up when I don't want to. When we are on vacation, my body clock switches by about an hour and a half, but it takes a few days to do so. I don't care to sleep late, I'm not a night owl, but I would not mind sleeping until at least 7:30 most days.

I used to get up so early that Matt would comment that I should have married a dairy farmer! Now I sleep in .... even today, I spent an hour trying to ignore the cats nudging me. They have empty bowl syndrome and aren't really hungry just panic when their bowls are empty!

I love the predawn darkness. It's still and I watch and listen to the world wake up almost every morning from the hot tub. I can't remember when I've slept past 7am.

When nature calls around 5am, I'm usually up for the day.

I went to bed around 2 AM and got up at 9:45 AM. I needed the extra sleep after my ElliptiGO ride yesterday. It's cloudy and cool out so that helps. I did wake up at 7 and 9 but chose to get some more sleep. Feeling fine.

Have to hit the sack earlier tonight to get up at 6 tomorrow.

More crazy dreams. Now days they have a lot to do with people in my life and what's going on in theirs or mine. My man friend is being an occasional body guard for his good friend and last night he caught the bad guys in my dream.

8:45 to be exact, though I had been awake since 7:00, listening to the NPR Morning show on the radio. I was up until about 12:30 last night, enjoying the fire and sipping on an adult beverage.
