At what point do the late evening hours turn into the wee hours?
Just finishing a call at work that required some off-hours (or less people working hours) to be done to minimize the impact to the clients.
I've got some new members of my service team from our IT provider, so I wanted to listen in and see how they performed without direct guidance. Did OK.
