Granny, get yourself a man with a snow blower. That's the easiest way I know to handle snow removal.

Just so long as he's like the grandkid and I can send him home after the fun is over. (badgranny)

You might want to keep him around a bit longer. "Tupperware rule" be damned.

Poor Lainey, such a hopeless romantic! But I'm afraid someone left the cake out in the rain a little too long. Besides, I think we've embarassed (scared) Lil Tupp into hiding.
Not so sure this is about romance, it might just be..................... What's that expression "left the cake out in the rain too long"? NEVER heard that one before.

I think it's from "MacArthur Park", I forget who it's by (where's Rob when I need him) but I remember that line for some reason. My meaning=been single so long now, gotten used to it, too scary out here to try again at this age (despite Perky's and my grandson's good fortune) and I'm still enjoying the freedom part of it too much despite the lonely periods. I think this should have been a PM. But I would be interested to hear from the other far-and-few between singles on here in the vintage age group on the pros and cons of being single (again) today. Not to hijack a thread but I don't think there's enough of us to get much of a response.

OK, I know which song you are talking about, and I hear what you're saying.

I don't think I'd want to be out there in the single world myself. It is scary.

I'll let you know when snow blowers go on sale.

Bored and popping in... all!

I got up at 0530 to sled with the kids Sunday. I knew the snow wouldn't be around long. As Deb mentioned, balmy, spring-like weather is back with us. Here are a couple of shots from Sunday.

Hiya Skip, thanks for more beautiful and interesting pics. Our snowless friends seem to really like them as well. Pop in more often.
