Who has executed an estate?

Mailed tax returns for both my parents' trusts today. So except for a final small distribution to the beneficiaries later in the year, I'm done with the execution of their estates. Yay!

Congrats! It's a relief to close out those duties!
I was lucky enough to sell my brother's house in late February. Most of the rest has been wrapped up. I only have a 2003 Honda 750 Shadow Spirit with 219 miles on it and four saddles to sell to close out the personal property. I'm just waiting for spring in Illinois to hit! There were no arguments over "stuff" by the beneficiaries so that went well. My brother's estate should be wrapped up in a month or so.
