Joining the Navy made a man of me, and gave me the discipline and the resources I've needed to succeed. Easily the best decision I ever made.
Leaving the Navy when I did, while I was still young, and getting my degree/starting my career was the second best decision I've ever made.

I'd say leaving my ex husband and moving from the suburbs to the city. Buying the first of two condos, which have been very good investments. Then meeting and settling down with the current +1 after nine years on the dating scene. Almost 12 years later, I'm still happy with those decisions.

I'd never trade me experience in the navy for all the riches in the world. I'm sure you gents would sympathize.
