He was also a very nice man and very generous with Mom as well. RIP.
Sorry, Morris. Glad your Mom had the time with him and I'm sure he treasured their time together as well. Your mother has my sympathies.

Any time our parents can find happiness in their waning years is wonderful. for your mom. I've just ordered a lightweight wheelchair for my dad. I'll be wheeling him around his neighboorhood this weekend so he can get out more.

Have fun at SF, Y'all! The +1 will be in Wilmington, DE this weekend, running a half marathon with his running fool "boss". He ran 12 miles yesterday. He and same guy will be running every morning in Mobile, AL this week (shipyard visit). And I guess next week in Marinette, WI (other shipyard). All in prep for the lovely 200-mile relay in Sept, and whatever other races in between. I believe we are going to the Athens, Greece Classic Marathon next year, so that will be fun. Never been to Greece.

A friend owns about a thousand acres down in Palestine. It is a cattle ranch and he is having trouble with hogs digging up his pasture land. So we are going to see what we can do to reduce the population and feed a lot of needy folks in the area.

I saw that TX had a real problem with wild hogs. They have been hunting them from helicopters. But I understood that the meat could not be used? Because of the contamination from bullet fragments. Maybe you can go bow hunting.

Sorry we won't be there. Raise a glass for us, if you will.

Think I'll head to Asheville and see if I can spot any other S2000's.

We'll miss seeing you and Rick. We're going to try to make Fall Crawl this year.
