This Saturday we are picking up our new pup. About 3 months ago we had to put down our 10 yr old Lab due to cancer.

She is an 8 week old Labradoodle.

Sorry for your loss of the older lab. It would totally devastate me to lose my 10 yr old BB (maltese). I cannot imagine my life without a dog so I'm very happy you're getting a new baby!!!!! PLEASE post pics!!!

I had never heard the term rents until this forum. It might even have been one of Ms. P's posts that enlightened me.

never did see any "American" chinese food in Mainland China....unless you count the Duck
I am assuming that also included the duck feet? Back in the 90's I had lunch with some co-workers in China Town in downtown Washington DC and a female Jewish co-worker that swore up and down that she "knew Dim Sum" ordered for us. As it turned out, one of the items that she ordered was "chicken feet". As I will try almost anything at least once I tried them.

IMHO, the bottom line is that most Americans will not eat true Asian cooking unless it is Americanized.

For example the most popular snack food in Thailand are crickets. Full in protein as they are I doubt that many Americans would eat them like M&M's.
