Home today at 7 pm EST from HC II; leaving tomorrow afternoon for a quick trip to Fall Carlisle humongous car show
Luckily, I'll be there all day on Friday....the first sunny day predicted. Sadly for others, it was rainy today and will POUR most of the day tomorrow. As it's a "fair grounds", the site of 100 or so acres turns into a field of mud in the rain :exitright:

I'll be doing car stuff this w/e while my wife goes to an all day scrapping event. Oil change for the Odyssey, smog test for the Accord, and clean the S2K. I drove the S2K 75 miles for HCII and noticed that I have a dead bug on the front bumper! I think that's a 1st for the car.

A new Cuban restaurant, Cuba Libre, opens tomorrow night in DC. I've been looking forward to this for a long time, since the last Cuban place near me went out of business quite a few years ago. Of course, it's fully booked the whole weekend, so it may be awhile before I can get a reservation.

Riding in my 11th Bike to the Bay ride this Saturday to raise funds and awareness for MS. Awesome ride (78 miles) which ends in Rehoboth Beach with lots of food, bands and Corona (after the ride)....

Not fair! I have driven those roads for the past 4 summers but always been in a rental Chrysler minivan (kid is at IU). Last month when we were there, I told my wife that if only I had my S2K there...
Enjoy your drive. It sounds like great fun.

We do this drive every year (for the last 4 years) and we love it!
