Tonight, I order myself some temporary parking lot door ding protectors. Apparently the a$$hole in the Ferrari who parks in the spot next to where I store the S (and where the Lotus is right now) doesn't particularly care about his car. Leastwise not as much as I do about mine. Moron has been leaning his car door against mine when entering and exiting his vehicle. I now have three mild vertical creases right below my driver's side mirror which will have to be handled by a PDR specialist. All I can say is I'm glad I have a car cover on it. Otherwise, it would probably be worse. And it would take all of my reserve to keep from leaving that Ferrari with a flat tire.

I would leave a note for him. He may assume because you have a cover on it that he is not damaging it.

Wow...the Alsatian restaurant we went to last night was great. Sausages, beer and other hearty fare.

Not sure what others were drinking with dinner, but the +1 had three big mugs of Hofbrau Munchen Seasonal. I had a variety of drinks - a sea breeze, then a kir royale, then a grasshopper for dessert. I'm surprised I was not hung over. We shared a plate of different sausages, then he had tagliatelle with wild boar and pork and I had boeuf bourguignon. We waddled out.

This coming weekend we will be off to my son's house with a load of appliances. He wants our "old" appliances for his "new" house. I hope it doesn't snow. The last two times we tried to go it snowed like crazy.

This weekend will be quiet. I'm fine with that. I am working some today and tomorrow for my new gig. Two docs to finish reviewing. Maybe a bit on the weekend, too. The +1 will be taking off next Mon and Tues. Unusual for him, but he's got to use some leave. I think we will go shopping on Mon. And New Year's Eve is the 007 gala downtown.

Looks like a little going out to eat on the schedule. Rick's sister in law is headed back to FL on Saturday, so we are meeting her for dinner tomorrow night. Meeting up with some friends for dinner on Saturday.

Some Y time on Saturday AM, a few errands on Sunday. Weekends do fly by.

The +1 is taking off today, too. Not sure what he will do with himself with six days off! I'll find something. Turns out our host at the NYE gala wants to have a little get together on Mon prior to the festivities Tues evening, since we have several new people attending from out of town. So adding that to the calendar.
