Outside of dinner with friends on Saturday and time with grandkids and a Zumba fund raiser on Friday, we have no plans. After being on the road these past two weekends I'm sure we have stuff to do at home. Great time on our SC vacation. One day at home for me tomorrow then work Wednesday. Sigh.
Donna's bummed out; her Zumba days are history based on the finding after scoping her knee. Enjoy it while you can.

Don't get too close to Big Pappi's butt.

Oh no!! There are low level impact classes to. Maybe she can do those? What are they doing to her knee?

She's going to therapy right now but likely a knee replacement is in her future.

I'm at Orange County Airport for a flight to Denver. My sister turned 60 on Tuesday so she's having a little party on Sunday. It was in the low 80's here yesterday and is supposed to be snowing this morning in Colorado Springs.

Hope that snow doesn't interfere with your trip.

Snow in Colorado Springs won’t be an issue; the roads have retained enough heat to melt the snow on contact. SO CAL residents may be uncomfortable in 50 and 60 degree mid-day temperatures though.

If you’re planning an extended stay, on Monday I will gladly give you a whirlwind tour of the San Juan Mountains trough the San Isabel National Forest just southwest of Colorado Springs.

I fly out of Denver on Monday afternoon. Are you near Colorado Springs? I'd like to meet you if possible. As far as I know we have no plans on Saturday.

Hmm, it’s too bad...my weekend is filled with commitments so both Saturday and Sunday is out. Maybe you’ll be able to take the drive on your next visit; the scenic opportunity shouldn’t be missed. I keep postponing this drive, but I’ll probably visit the area mid-week when the temperatures are warmer.

FYI, it’s nearly a two hour drive from my home to Colorado Springs.
