Got'a break. It rained like cats and dogs last night but the game was dry. Grandson played QB in the second half but they lost 22-20. Still he enjoyed himself and we did too.

Made it to VA! I'll call you, Val. I'm thinking sometime Monday possibly Tuesday if you are free, in the afternoon. We'll know more once we settle in and check weather.

We enjoyed the wetting down, but it was hot!! High yesterday was 88 here, and the hosts had the house open, since there were kids going in an out to the back yard.

We do not have plans. Hope you save a day to tour Brookgreen while you're here. Looks like a good chance of t-storms Monday, but who knows?

I think we will stick near hotel Monday pencil us in for Tuesday PM but I will call. The gardens is on our list. I have my camera ready

Great. It is a fabulous place for those who enjoy gardening as well as photography. Looking at some of your pics makes me think you'll really find some good photo ops.

We are settled in at the Hampton Inn in MB. Had dinner with two of my sisters this evening. Both have "left me" for the warmer climate. Weather prediction is not very "beachy" I didn't plan on spending a TON of time at the beach, but did hope to go for a few walks. Hope the weather guy is wrong.
