Leaving at 5:00 AM to catch the shuttle to OIA, then on to Mystic for an overnight, then on to Maine first thing Sat. morning.
I can hear the lobsters quivering in fear already.
Does this mean they brought you the right back pack this time?
Finally, the correct POC just showed up at the door, not five minutes ago. I think the company discovered a level of responsiveness previously unknown to them during a conversation with my therapist, in which the topics of the BBB, the Attorney General's Office, and various other organizations responsible for the oversight of medical services and practices happened to pop up during that conversation.

Good. Cause I've already eaten four Klondikes while this thriller has been unfolding.

Leaving home Sunday at 3:30 AM on the way to the Philadelphia airport, where we will be flying out to Vancouver, BC. Then, Monday, we will be boarding the Norwegian Sun for a 7-day cruise of the Alaskan Inside Passage. We will be taking two of our grand-sons along (both 13), so this should be an interesting trip!

Got room for Donna, she's been after me for decades to go there? The rates I looked at seemed very reasonable. I am sure you will take lots of photos and give us a full report. Enjoy.

That's on my list, too. Have fun! The +1's kids come this weekend for two weeks with their dad. They will be going up to NJ to visit grandma and to Hershey Park for a few days. His son comes back with him to start at GMU again at the end of the month. His daughter will be staying an extra two weeks in NJ.

Well, there's already 4 of us sharing the stateroom, though we paid extra to upgrade to a mini-suite with balcony, even so I'm afraid we don't have room for Donna. Sorry. The prices for the cruise were reasonable, I thought, but it's the extras that get you. To wit: land excursions, alcohol, tips, ground transportation, not to mention round-trip air-fare for 4. I will try to take a "few" pics on the cruise.

Some replacement parts for the 11 year old Weber grill arrived this afternoon including a new burner assembly. I've already started reading the replacement instructions. I'll start this project as soon as there is enough daylight on Saturday. I figure it will go one of three ways:

1. Epic win thread with pics
2. Epic fail thread with no pics
3. Barb posts my obituary when I fire it off the first time.
