I'll probably be Chantal watching, hopefully she'll stay far away.

This weekend I'll be visiting my daughter and son in northern California, flying into Sacramento. First stop will be the Sacramento Zoo, to see Christa at work and finally lay eyes on their baby Sumatran tiger. Then, I'll be off to Mountain View, to see my son in his, new-to-him condo, that he bought since it's walking distance to Google, there. It'll be a short, 3-night, trip, but I'll love seeing my kiddos.

I would really love to be at the Road America Vintage races this weekend but will have to settle for an event called Mad Dogs & Englishmen. Dean, the featured car this year is the Mini.

Leaving in 8 hours for our Gettysburg cottage and prepping my '68 Dodge Dart for it's first-ever Car Show. Need to do some spit n polish

Will be taking her to the Carlisle Chrysler Nationals "show field" for Thurs/ Fri/ Sat. Hoping that the forecast good weather holds out....since I don't like to have her out in the rain (sort of like Rob and his Concours Quality Silverstone S )

to everyone's weekend plans. Mine are the same as usual. Maybe will be having daughter and her bf for dinner one night -- but I'll be joining Flts doing some Chantal watching too.

Nice. I'm assuming by "Mini"' you're referring to the classic Mini. I'd love to see some of those close up.

My weekend will consist of getting the S detailed and prepped for taking to the MINI dealer. And Rori and I will be making many, many trips to Goodwill this weekend to donate home furnishings, etc. that we won't be taking to the new place. I would've liked to give everything to my kids, but it would've cost nearly $2000, just to rent a truck, buy gas, food, lodging, etc. for the round trip between CT and FL. I''m going to give them all my tools when they come down this winter in their mini van. My oldest daughter just got my almost new MacBook Pro, and my second oldest grandson got my iPod Touch that someone bought me for Xmas last year, which I never used. At least they're getting something, I guess. A lot more than I got as a kid. We were so poor that if I didn't wake up in the morning with an erection, I had nothing to play with all day.

I'll show myself out.
