Busy day yesterday. Working on genealogy project and spent a couple/hours on that, went to lunch at a little grille in Pawley's with +1, then down to a nice hardware store in Pawleys (remind me not to allow +1 to watch those home improvement shows with new tools), drove down and did some poking around a lovely river landing in Pawleys and gawked at gorgeous plantations that made me feel poverty ridden. Back home to let the dogs out and then took the Jeep for a fill-up because I'd accumulated $1.05 per gallon off (YAY) and then spent some time out weeding in the flower beds. Watched Orphan Black last night -- great show! Had a really nice day. +1 is still under the weather but he seemed to really enjoy his day. Success.

We have our annual spring kickoff get together today with five other MG & British car clubs. It was snowing when I got up this AM!

BTW, I forgot to mention Donna & I celebrated our 44th anniversary this week.

^Very nice!

I'm going on an NSX drive today. It's a relatively small group with only 12 cars saying they'll show up. I had front and rear sway bars added to the car since the last drive so this drive should feel a bit different in the corners.

Congrats to you and Donna, Dave! Took a long walk to the bank and the farmers market this AM. The rels are here (bro and SIL, nephew and his GF, sis), so it's been a pretty busy weekend so far. Just hanging out tonight at my mother's house, playing games and visiting. Most leave tomorrow PM. Will all pay a visit tomorrow AM to my dad's grave at Arlington Cemetery. Both the Nats and Caps play today, so I'll be watching!

Keep the snow, Dave. We managed low 50's today, but sun keeps going in and out, so not that great out.

Hit the AM Zumba class, Saturday class is always fun. Went for coffee/Diet Coke with a couple of the ladies afterwards. I do enjoy the social aspect of all this.

Puttered around with a couple errands, granddaughter liked one of my daffodil pics, so I picked up a frame an mat.

Tonight we are meeting up with some of the NE guys for a Korean BBQ prepared by a Chinese guy. Looking forward to this, though the S will stay home. It's just not S weather for us.

I have been glued to the TV watching "A tradition unlike any other." Jerry MA knows what I mean. Can't wait for tomorrow. Hoping Furik makes a charge. Also, pulling for Freddie, as well.
