My son is going to be in Beaufort SC visiting his mother, so I am planning on driving up (4 hours trip). He was working in Charlotte all this week and still has 3 more days next week. Then he is off to Saudi Arabia until Dec 20th; not to happy about this trip. Everyone have a great weekend.

Check on-line, usually the Marines set up a pick up at their recruiting stations. Here in Louisville, cars gather at a local park and than drive over to a football
stadium where the Marines collect the toys. This is the 10th year they have done this.

I made a new, face-to-face friend today, after talking on the phone for a month, after connecting on SeniorPeopleMeet.com. Could become much more, might not.

At the least, I had a wonderful day with him. I could have driven to meet him but it's so many hours on the road, so I flew up and stayed in a hotel. More fun on today, Sunday, and then back home at night.

Big Sam turned out to be really funky!

Think we are going to get a tux for the +1 today - for the 007 New Year's bash. I need to get a gold top for my Perky Galore outfit. Having trouble finding one in the style of the movie. Also think I need a bullet bra.
